How to Add GPSR Information to Your Products

GPSR › Products lists your active, published products with their GPSR status. A product is Complete when it has:

• a manufacturer,

• an EU responsible person, if the manufacturer is outside the EU,

• a link to its declaration of conformity.

A manual link is optional. A product with some of this is Incomplete, and the list says what's missing. A product with none of it is Not set.

Assign profiles to many products at once

1. Tick the products, or Select all products on this page. Search or filter by status to narrow the list.

2. Click Assign profiles.

3. Pick a manufacturer and, if needed, an EU responsible person. Choose No change to keep what a product already has, or Remove from the selected products to clear it.

4. Click Apply to selected products.

Products that would end up with a manufacturer outside the EU and no EU responsible person are skipped and listed, so you can fix them.

Edit one product

Click Set up, Fix or Edit on a product. On its page you can:

• pick the manufacturer and EU responsible person, or create a new one;

• see whether an EU responsible person is Needed or Not needed for that manufacturer;

• add the Conformity declaration URL and the optional Manual URL, as full https links to the documents;

• check What's missing before you click Save GPSR information.

The information is stored on the product in Shopify, so it stays if you edit the product elsewhere.
