From 27 September 2026, EU stores must show the EU's official legal guarantee notice where shoppers see it before they buy. Complimus shows it on your product pages, in the shopper's language, and adds the GARAN label when you offer a guarantee longer than 2 years. You find it in the Complimus menu under EU Guarantee & GARAN, with three tabs: Products, Rules and Widgets.
Every product you sell has a free legal guarantee of at least 2 years. You must fix any fault that was already there at delivery.
The customer chooses a repair or a replacement. If neither is possible, they get a price cut or their money back.
